Only persons aged 21 years or older who are legally permitted to engage in online gaming under Philippine law may register and use the okbat platform. Age verification is mandatory.
Each player is permitted exactly one okbat account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any account balance held across all accounts.
All bonuses issued by okbat are subject to wagering requirements and specific eligibility conditions. Attempting to exploit bonus terms through prohibited strategies may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting tools, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited on the okbat platform and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Players are responsible for ensuring deposits are made from payment methods registered in their own name. okbat reserves the right to verify the source of funds for any withdrawal request before processing.
okbat reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after a published change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 These Terms govern your use of the okbat Platform and all Services available through it. By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the okbat Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other supplemental policies or rules published by okbat (collectively, the "Agreement").
2.2 These Terms are presented in English. In the event of any conflict between translations or summaries of these Terms and the English-language version, the English version shall prevail.
2.3 Your acceptance of these Terms is given at the time of Account registration and is reaffirmed each time you access the okbat Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the okbat Platform.
2.4 okbat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via registered email address or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 To register and maintain an Account on okbat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
3.2 okbat reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an Account, or withhold winnings if there is reasonable belief that a Player does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out above.
3.3 It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction. okbat makes no representation that access to or use of its Platform is legal in any particular location outside the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the okbat Platform. Registering, maintaining, or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. okbat reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.
4.2 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 KYC Verification. okbat may require Players to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide required documentation within the timeframe specified by okbat may result in Account restriction, suspension, or closure.
4.4 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. okbat will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their credentials. Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported to okbat support immediately.
4.5 Account Transfer. Player Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey their Account or any Account balance to any third party.
All deposits must be made through payment methods accepted by okbat and available in the Player's account dashboard. okbat currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay and PesoNet), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
Players may request withdrawal of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:
The okbat Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment providers when funding or withdrawing from their Account.
6.1 okbat offers various promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and any other conditions specific to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion page.
6.3 Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. okbat reserves the right to exclude any Player from receiving a bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the Platform reasonably suspects bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or operation of a duplicate Account.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. Players must not participate in any strategy, system, or coordinated group activity designed to exploit okbat promotions in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: low-risk wagering to meet wagering requirements (e.g., hedging or minimal-risk bets), coordinating with other players to systematically exhaust bonus terms, and creating multiple Accounts to receive multiple bonus grants. Detection of bonus abuse may result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
6.5 Expiry. Bonuses not used within the time limit specified in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation or replacement.
7.1 All games and betting products available on the okbat Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform and by the technical standards maintained by the respective game and live casino providers.
7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a malfunction, system error, technical glitch, or software fault affecting any game, wager, or transaction on the okbat Platform, okbat reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original wager amount. No player entitlement arises from the result of a bet placed during a system malfunction.
7.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. okbat reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.
7.4 Live Sports Betting. In-play or live betting markets are settled based on real-time data from officiating bodies and verified data feed providers. In the event of a data discrepancy, the result confirmed by the relevant sporting authority shall be final.
7.5 Void Bets. okbat reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds, on a market created in error, on an event that was cancelled or not completed under the applicable event rules, or on a market subject to exceptional circumstances that materially affected the bet's original basis.
7.6 Winnings. Legitimate winnings from real-money wagers will be credited to the Player's Account balance. Disputed win calculations must be reported to okbat support within 72 hours of the game result being published. Claims raised after this period may not be processed.
8.1 Players must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the okbat Platform. okbat reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account of any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation and regulatory reporting.
9.1 All content on the okbat Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, game interfaces, software code, and the compilation and arrangement thereof, is the property of okbat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okbat Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
9.3 Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any okbat content for any purpose without the prior written consent of okbat.
10.1 okbat collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the okbat Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the okbat Privacy Policy.
10.3 okbat may be required by law, regulation, or court order to disclose Player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies. okbat will comply with all such legally mandated disclosures without notice to the Player where legally permitted to do so.
10.4 Players may exercise their data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, object to processing, and request erasure — by contacting okbat support. Certain rights may be limited where legal obligations require retention of specific data.
Gambling is for entertainment. okbat takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help Players stay in control of their gaming activity. All Players are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Responsible Gaming page.
11.1 okbat provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time through account settings:
11.2 okbat reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account at its discretion, including where there is evidence of problem gambling behavior, and to refer Players to professional support services where appropriate.
11.3 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from relevant support organizations and to use okbat's self-exclusion tool immediately.
12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting okbat customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance held in the Account will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no withdrawal holds are active.
12.2 okbat-Initiated Suspension or Closure. okbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
12.3 Inactive Account Policy. Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. Remaining balances will be retained and made available for withdrawal upon successful account reactivation and KYC confirmation.
13.1 The okbat Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbat makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation of the Platform.
13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbat shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of access, or loss of business opportunity.
13.3 okbat's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.5 okbat shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, telecommunications failure, internet outage, or third-party service provider failure.
14.1 Players who wish to raise a dispute regarding any bet outcome, transaction, bonus, or other Platform matter must submit a formal complaint to okbat customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the event in question. Complaints submitted after this period may not be eligible for investigation.
14.2 okbat will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavor to provide a final decision within fourteen (14) calendar days of the complaint being fully documented.
14.3 Players who remain unsatisfied with okbat's final decision on a complaint may escalate their complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority, PAGCOR, in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
14.4 While a dispute is under investigation, okbat reserves the right to temporarily restrict the relevant portion of a Player's Account balance pending resolution.
15.1 These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.3 Players who access the okbat Platform from outside the Philippines do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. okbat makes no representation that the Platform and its Services are appropriate for use outside the Philippines.
16.1 okbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Platform, or on a later date specified in the update notice.
16.2 Where material changes are made, okbat will provide advance notice via the registered email address associated with affected Accounts or through a prominent notice on the Platform. "Material changes" include changes that significantly affect Player rights, obligations, or the conditions under which bonuses are granted or withdrawn.
16.3 Your continued use of the okbat Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
